The chinese company, who own the franchise to the $3 billion copper concession in afghanistan, are unfortunately suffering a cash flow problem,so the british administration, never ones to let any business fail, unless of course it is a british business, have given the chinese £10 million of taxpayers money to tide them over, and re start production, which is good news for the british economy as we will be a major customer, in order to replace all the copper wire that the poles have stolen from our infrastructure,to boost thier welfare benefits and subsidise thier criminal enterprises, yes our administration really cares about the world, just not our portion of it.
